The idea behind StreetStoic.com is that Police Officers and first responders can benefit from learning and practicing a philosophy that is all about being a good person and controlling your emotions. The Officers, Deputies and First Responders also benefit by being less stressed, more resilliant and less anxious. This is beneficial for them and the world since they are the ones dealing with tough situations day in and day out. They need to be well adjusted so they are ready willing and able to help people.
